St. Raphael Summer Camp

 Grades PK - 4

 Saint Raphael the Archangel School offers a quality, affordable summer camp program filled with fun, friendship, and purposeful play for ages 3-11 years old. Children may attend two, three, four or five days each week, or may sign up for specific weeks. Every week has a different fun-filled, age-appropriate theme, developed through games, crafts, stories, song and much more. Outside play experiences, including “Water Wednesdays,” will take place every morning on the school lot and playground; inside activities will be held in the air-conditioned classrooms, gym or cafeteria. A morning and afternoon snack will be provided; children bring their own lunch.

 Registration is now taking place. 8:00 am – 3:00 pm with extended care available from 6:45 am -8:00 am and 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. 

Sessions are from June 4 – August 10 (no camp on July 4) 

You can register per week. Each week has a different theme Part-time camp hours are also available from 8:00 am – 11:30 

• Week 1 is Dinosaurs!! We will be exploring the creatures from the past and "excavating" their bones. We will learn about the largest, smallest, smartest and fastest of these mysterious animals. 
• Week 2 is Reptiles & Amphibians!! What kid doesn't love turtles, frogs, gators and snakes... Come join us on an adventure into the habitat's of these little critters. 
• Week 3 is Kings, Queens, Knights and Castles. We'll build our own castles, goblets, armor, and much more! 
• Week 4 is Native American Indians!! This week we will making dream catchers, tepees and Indian rattles. 
• Week 5 is Insects!! Spiders, butterflies, bumble bees and beetles.. all part of the beautiful world God created for us. We will learn how to see the beauty in all of God's creatures, even the small scary ones! 
• Week 6 Vacation Bible School: Operation Overboard!! Dive down deep into God's love and the sea!! We will explore the beauty of Jelly fish, whales and Coral fish while we learn to Depend on God, Dare to Care, Claim Jesus, Choose to follow, and Change the World! Come join us for a fun filled week of bible study, creative activities and fun. 
• Week 7 is Science!! We will create weather in jars, bottles and bowls... make our own water filtration system and explore "Sub-Zero" Science. 
• Week 8 takes us Around the World. We won't reveal the places we plan to explore this week. You will have to join us on our trip "Around the World"!! 
• Week 9 is Transportation. Have you ever been on a train?? The kids will this week along with learning all about forms of transportation both old and new. Plans are in the works to have some visitors come from the sky and land.... hmmm. . . I wouldn't want to miss this week. 
• Week 10 is Olympic Games. Let's get active and create our own Summer Olympics right here at St. Raphael!!
